Five Months

Will is 5 months old. And some change. This officially happened last Tuesday, but we didn't take his photo till Saturday. We've been a busy family. But, Saturday, we made the time, put some nice looking clothes on the baby, and started snapping.

Our little man had to visit the doctor last Sunday. It was his first non-scheduled appointment. Lots of eewie gooey poopy issues. But we think we've got that taken care of. While there, Will weighed in at 18 pounds. He's turned into a baby all of a sudden and not a itty-bitty-baby, if that makes any sense at all.

During this past month, Will has learned how to roll from belly to back, he takes toys from you when you hand them over, he'll reach for things out in front of him (like a Bojangles cup, who could blame him?) and he was spoon fed for the first time. He's so smiley. He currently enjoys itsy-bitsy-spider, the wheels on the bus, Old McDonald and skinamarinky dinky dink. He's sleeping long stretches sometimes for us. The last 3 nights, little baby has "slept through the night" in the sense of he was fed at 8:00-8:30 and didn't get up till 6-7am.

Will, you are the cutest and sweetest little thing. You bring so much joy to our home and we aren't sure what we did before you. I am not sure how it's possible, but I love you more every day. Your smile lights up a room - and certainly our hearts. Here's to five months!

 A few others.
