This is the Britax B-Safe carrier. It weighs about 10 pounds and with baby in it, it's heavy. I'm not going to lie. It's so heavy now that little man is 18 pounds that I can't carry it far at all. BUT, I have loved it. It's durable, and safe. It's easy to wash the fabric and has held up very well. We have two bases (one in each car) - easy to use. It features four shoulder heights to move up as baby grows. Just this week I had to put Will's shoulder straps in the highest (4th) location. So, it won't be too much longer that we're in this seat. It's good for up to 25 pounds or 30 inches - Will was 26.5 inches at 4 months. It's a great car seat. Any suggestions on the next seat up? I'm torn - and I know I probably need to think about it and decide in the next month or two!
This is the Britax B-Agile stroller. It's awesome! It's light weight, easy to open and close and the infant carrier snaps right in. We Have put Will in just the stroller a hand full of times - he really likes it. You can lay the seat back so he can basically be lying down or sit it straight up. Really a great stroller for your money.
The above swing was awesome! Can't tell you how often we used it - ALL THE TIME. Will napped great in it and around the 3 month mark really enjoyed looking at the mobile turn and the lights shining. I have to admit, we packed up our swing before our beach trip. He's just too big for it, and has started to nap in his crib, or his bouncy seat sometimes. However, we used it daily. Make sure you have a swing if you're having a baby!
We got the Mama Roo as a gift from my co-workers. Will didn't use it nearly as much as the lamb one. But, we kept it our room and did use it off and on. It's now in our living room and he has used it some. It adjusts to allow him to be in a more upright position - which he likes. So, we will keep it out a bit longer. Plus, it takes up less space than the Fisher Price one. A neat swing, but if I was going to buy one swing, it wouldn't be this one. Not as soft and cuddly as the lamb one.
Last - but not least - is a bouncy seat. The one above isn't exactly like ours, but similar. Ours was a hand-me-down from a friend at church. I have used it a TON. I can put Will in there when I'm in the bathroom showering, when he eats and refuses the high chair (we're still working on that), or when we are outside on the porch doing things in the yard - it's great. I am sure we'll be using ours for a while longer, too - it's had a good run at our house!
