Doughnuts, Cake and Shopping.

On Tuesday I had cereal for breakfast and a doughnut when I got to work. About 2 hours later there was a surprise (40th!) birthday celebration for a co-worker...so...I had cake. Yes - that really happened. So, at lunch I wasn't hungry. So, I asked Allison if she wanted to do a one hour trip to Crabtree and shop - and of course she said yes. I found some really awesome deals so I thought I'd share:

So, you're probably wondering what the great deals were, right? Well, the navy sweater on the top left was a whopping $4.88 - yep, you're reading that correctly. The black Bermuda shorts on the top right came in at $14.88 - both of these items were from Ann Taylor Loft where it was 40% the entire store (including sale). The tan pants on the bottom left were $15.87 and my favorite - the red pants on the bottom right were $16.87! Both of these were from the Gap where they had 40% sale items! I am super excited to wear those red pants to a football or basketball game this year and I am even more excited that I got all 4 of these items for under $60 (including tax!).

And, I thought I was lucky on Tuesday because I ate a Krispy Kreme doughnut and Edible Art cake within 2 hours of each other - but I was really lucky to score such great deals in an hour at the mall!
