One Month

Today Will is one month old! I can't believe it. It feels like just yesterday we were one month away from his arrival. He's gotten so big already - people say "he's so tiny!" and I think to myself, really? He seems so big now compared to March 13 when we first saw him.

We plan to take a photo each month (finger's crossed) similar to the one below. We just laid down a sheet and this really big ruler that we purchased from Kirkland's. The ruler is in Will's room - but I bought it with this intention. Hard to believe he'll be standing next to this one day.

He was a good sport - we changed him into an "outfit" (which he has really never worn - this kid lives in onesies/cotton pants and shirts) and laid him next to the big ruler. G had to measure from the line on the sheet (which his toe is touching) as the ruler doesn't exactly start at 0. 

In a month, baby is staying more alert for longer periods of times. He's a big fan of his swing, and goes 2-3 hours between meals. Sometimes he'll go 3.5 hours, sometimes the kid starves before hitting the 2 hour mark. He's growing like a weed! 

Here are a few of the other photos I snapped for his photo shoot (in the living room as I stood on a chair). I took almost 60 I think. I could seriously take photos of him all day.
