Baby Lane Update

G, myself and baby visited the doctor on Wednesday - met with one we've already seen. We really like her. Fingers crossed that she or one of the others we really like are on-call when it's baby's birthday.

Weighed in at 25 pounds above the start weight. Two weeks ago I was close at 22 pounds (but, I hadn't really had anything to eat because of the glucose screening) - but it's official: 25 pounds over the starting line. Which, again, the doctor said was doing great. Baby Lane's heart rate was 146 and the doctor tried to figure out which position he was in, but she said she couldn't really tell at this point between a head, a butt or a back because he still has a lot of wiggle room in there. Measuring at 30cm - which is right on track for belly growth.

Oh, and I passed the glucose test - I am not sure I mentioned that, but I am glad that's behind us!

We go back on 1/22 - which will be here before we know it - we'll be 32 weeks. We'll go back two weeks after that, and then once a week from there on.

And, thought I'd post a photo of the bedding we ordered...since it came in on Monday - leaving everything in the box till the room is painted and crib is put up - but, excited to have it already!

p.s. I'm loving this warmer weather - enjoying my short sleeved maternity tops while I can!
