What we had for dinner.

So, last night - G and I agreed that we'd eat in since I wouldn't get home until after 6 and he was pretty tired from his drive home from the Outer Banks and we decided we'd go out tonight instead. So, I suggested lasagna. I had gotten the recipe from The Small Things Blog last week and thought it looked A) really good and B) really easy. So, G stopped by the store for the ingredients and then I cooked we cooked lasagna for supper.

Here's how ours turned out - we used less cheese on top - as that would have been A LOT of cheese. And, we also used a bit more meat and sauce since all G could find were packs of hamburger and sausage that were over the recommended 8 ounces - so, we have a TON of leftovers (that I am actually looking forward to eating tomorrow for lunch!). We also made side salads to go with it. This pan would have fed 6 people very easy. Especially if you did salad and bread with it. You can find the recipe here.

But, don't be surprised if the next time you're eating at our house, you have lasagna - we both loved it!
