Weekend Recap:
Well, let's start with Thursday of last week. We had a big Fantasy Football event for the radio station (which included about 100 guests getting together and playing Fantasy Football). It was an all week event for me as far as calling to make sure people would be showing up, making final arrangements with the venue, the guest speakers, setting up, etc. So, Thursday was an 8am to midnight kind of day. Here are a few photos:
| Torry Holt, KC Joyner and Terrence Holt with Mike Maniscalco. |
| Me and the part-time staff wrapping up the night at the arena. |
| Family photo with Jake, his dad who came to play and Allison who helped work. It took a village. Seriously. |
Friday night was a big night for us here at the station - it was the Jimmy V Pairings Party. Lots of fun. Here are some pics:

I finally made it home around 12:30pm on Friday. Whew. And then, got up around 7am to work a Chick-fil-A event on Saturday. It was a Wolfpack meets Chick-fil-a event for the big game this Friday night in Atlanta. I was in heaven!

Saturday night G and I went to the Jimmy V gala with more work friends - it was a really nice time.
| Me and G in fancy clothes. P.S. this dress was a bridesmaid dress. Who says you can't ever wear those things again? |
| Group Shot! |
| Me and G with Terrence Holt who made an appearance with me on Thursday night. Yes - that's how we do it here in Raleigh. |
| Boys II Men sang America the Beautiful. It was awesome. We were really far back - sorry for the not so great photo. But it's them. I promise. |
| With Scotty McCreery. |
So, after this crazy week/weekend, G and I made it to church on Sunday and had lunch with my brother and his girlfriend. After that, we crashed and took an almost 3 hour nap yesterday afternoon and still went to bed at 10. Yep.
Here's to this weekend being Labor Day Weekend!
