Our little guy had the best time this Easter. He really was excited for candy, the Easter bunny and LOVED reading the story of Jesus' resurrection. He actually started to pretend nail us "to the cross, like dey did to Jesus" which made us think we had probably read it too often. HA! He would walk through the house fanning paper and saying "hosanna!" We gave him a set of Resurrection Eggs and we opened them daily for two weeks.
The Easter Bunny splurged on a Plasma Car. He had some Target gift-cards from Will's birthday to use. ;) The winning treat on Easter? The Pez dispenser and candy. He loved it so much I found some on clearance after Easter to save for our move or for the road trip to the beach. I remember loving Pez as a kid. But as an adult? They are disgusting. Don't do it!
