This week has been crazy here in NC - we had a snow/ice storm come through on Wednesday and we had a stay inside from the cold/snow yesterday. At least this time around G was home!
ONE.
We had a GREAT time at Billy Joel on Sunday. It was seriously one of the best concerts I've ever been to. Since it was also the night of the Beatles TV special, he sang several Beatles songs...which was awesome. Oh, and I bought cheap seats...but when we got there we were upgraded to lower level-diagonal-from-the-back-of-the-stage-seats...#winning!
TWO.
I ordered Will's birthday invitations last week and paid for speedy shipping. They arrived on Wednesday and went out in today's mail! Still a lot of stuff to take care of before the big day...but it's coming along. He's 11 months now (as of yesterday) - an 11 month post to come soon! The back of his invite...super cute, right?
THREE.
I wasn't able to get a photo yesterday or this morning...but, Will can officially climb the stairs. I mean, he could fall and get hurt so we let him while holding on to him, but he's pretty good at it if you ask me. He's getting SO BRAVE. He'll be standing next to the couch or his toy basket and all of a sudden let go and just be standing there...for a few seconds, sometimes a minute or two...until he realizes it and then catches himself. Can't believe how much he's grown and changed in the last 2-3 months. Slow down, baby!
FOUR.
My little Valentine liked his new gifts...for about two seconds. I ordered him a pair (Cuddle Twins) of Angel Dear lovies - they are super cute and soft. I hope he starts to like them...he could careless currently. And he got this book. He (mostly me) loves Eric Carle!
FOUR.
Every night G and I have been watching the Winter Olympics...we can't get enough. And not just skating...the skiing, the skeleton (who knew that was a thing?!) and so on. Sad that they're almost all over! I hope you've enjoyed them, too. I have so much USA pride while watching them!

FIVE.
I am SO ready for warm weather. And lucky for us, it's coming! I also can't wait to get Will in some spring/summer colors. I feel like all he wears is navy, red, grey and black. And the new arrivals at Gap are calling his my name!
