Three Months

Will turned three months old last Thursday! And, he'll be 14 weeks this Wednesday. I try to remember what it was like when I was 14 weeks pregnant...we just started telling people, and he was the size of lemon or something inside my belly.

 

He is somewhere between 14 and 15 pounds. Little stinker is getting heavy! He is smiling ALL THE TIME now, too. He also likes sitting up in your lap or being carried around so that he can look around. He is a nosey little guy. He has started to follow us with his eyes and head when we walk away. He has laughed a hand full of times, too - when he's being tickled!

Will has started sleeping anywhere from 5-7 hours during his first stretch of sleep. Then he usually goes back down for 2-3 hours (depending on how long he slept the first time). And, guess what? He's officially in his crib. Yep. After a week of Daddy sleeping on the floor next to him, he's swaddled and put down each night in his room - in his crib. Sometimes after he wakes, we feed him and put him in the bassinet - especially if we know he's going to be up in an hour. But, sweet baby still looks so small in his crib.

He has started to "get" tummy time. It's like he said to himself "oh...this is why you've been putting me on my stomach!"
