And that's the trouble with the curve.

Last night a few ladies from work and I went and saw the sneak preview of Trouble with the Curve staring Clint Eastwood, Amy Adams and Justin Timberlake.

It was a great movie. It's about a baseball scout (Eastwood) who is loosing his sight and his touch at scouting for the Braves - and a young buck at the Braves wants him out. While he's on the road his daughter (Adams) comes out to help him since she knows her dad's vision is not good. She is a lawyer who works all the time and has a lot of "daddy issues" because her dad sent her away a lot as a kid while he was on the road. While on this trip to the Carolinas they run into a another young scout for another team (Timberlake). And, well you can see the trailer for the idea.

The movie was great. I laughed, cried and hey - who doesn't love Clint Eastwood? Even if he talks to a chair, the man is great. He was perfect for this role. And, Amy Adams is just the cutest. And, the movie is surrounded by baseball - which I love. I kept score for the baseball team for two years in high school, and there really isn't a sport that's much better.

It comes out this Friday - go see it!
